Very helpful customer service rep. I had to replace a pair of worn out trail shoes while on a vacation in Colorado. I ordered online after talking w/ the rep and he promised to expedite the shipping from their No Carolina location to CO. He did! The shoes arrived 6 days after ordering sent Fedex ground at no charge. Very good service.

I ordered a pair of Rosi ski poles worth only $50. They cancelled my order because my shipping and billing address were not the same (somehow this is okay with all other companies in the US except these guys.) They told me to place my order using PayPal to avoid this. I did that but they cancelled it again without any explanation. Way to do business folks!!

I ordered a while ago and still hadn’t gotten my Shoes. The price was great but the shipping was super slow.

Emma at Dillon CO store knows her stuff. She provided superb customer service. I had trouble finding ski boots for my flat feet, after searching at 5 other stores, she knew exactly what I needed.
And gave great recommendations how to break in the boots.
Then helped me heat mold the inserts the next day after I skied a day in them.

I ordered 2 pair of women's shoes. One pair was to go in my daughter's Easter basket.
When the shoes arrived, I checked the first pair and they were 2 different sizes; a 9 and a 10.☹️ No time for replacement.
When I checked the second pair I bought for myself, THEY we're 2 different sizes.
The customer service representative was sweet and as helpful as she could be, but the purchase was a huge disappointment and will be going back.
My previous and first order from them were Birkenstocks just thrown loosely in a heavily damaged box... No interior boxes, no packing materials of any kind. NOT what I expected of a Birkenstock purchase.
... Then to receive 2 pair of mismatched shoes. I'm finished shopping with Sun & Ski. They have serious quality control issues. ☹️

Bought them for $150 so glad I went to sun and ski they had a different variety than everywhere else and the shoes were geared specifically towards what I needed them for.
